Bridgewater Family Practice has been in the Conyers area for over 10 years. Our doctors have over 25 years combined experience. We strive to be up to date with technology and information while still keeping old fashion values of compassion and care.  Our staff is dedicated to treating all of our patients like family and are always available to assist you with navigating the sometimes stressful waters of healthcare, especially in this everchanging environment.
